You know, I find it so amazing that most of the population still doesn’t seem to know what a virtual assistant is.  I mean, I didn’t know for quite a while. But after being immersed in the online business world for awhile, you forget that there are others who barely know it even exists.

Beyond the initial question of what a virtual assistant is comes the next question, what the heck does a virtual assistant even do?!  If you’re in that boat, this is for you!

I want to start off by asking you a question.  What does your typical day look like? Are you waking up early before the kids and/or your day job? Are you working late into the night just to put a dent into your to-do list? Are you feeling like you’re just keeping your head above water?

I’m asking because as a business owner, you understand the seemingly endless amount of things you have to do in a day.  And not just the sheer amount of things TO DO but also the different ROLES you have to play. From social media strategist to blogger to bookkeeper, you definitely have enough on your plate to keep you busy.

I mean, being busy could be seen as a good thing.  You’re putting in all of your time and effort into your business.  But are you working in your business or actually working on your business in order to grow?

Well today I wanted to share with you some of the tasks that you could start to delegate to a virtual assistant in order to gain back some of your free time and decrease your workload and stress level.  This definitely isn’t an exhaustive or full list of services that could be outsourced but more of what is typically delegated to someone else/another program.

Doesn’t outsourcing a few of your tasks sound nice?  There are so many more things you could outsource, especially when it comes to specific programs.

It could make anyone leery to hire out a portion of your business but honestly, if you were able to hire out a portion of your business that you don’t love doing, wouldn’t you? I know I would! Email, customer service, bookkeeping, those are the things I like.  But graphic design…. Not so much.

Anything else that I should add to the list, let me know!

Is there anything else you outsource in your business? Comment below! I would love to hear all about it!
